Home Health Aides

All of our certified nursing assistants and home health aides are qualified through our thorough interview process and training program. We background check, DORA and CAPS check all of our aids. Our CNA/HHAs are here to assist you in the following ways:

              • Personal care
              • Meal preparation
              • Medication reminding
              • Light housekeeping
              • Ambulation assistance

Skilled Nursing Care

Our skilled nurses work with your physician to create a care plan that fits your needs as they relate to your covered condition in the program. These tasks include but are not limited to:

             • Medication assistance
             • Oxygen monitoring
             • Pain management
             • Wound care
             • Monitoring and assessing your covered illness

Case Management

Our TAHC Case Managers are the point of contact for the family and physicians for this EEOIC program. Their job is to ensure that the benefits of the program are being used appropriately according to the care plan. Case Managers are involved with the authorization process and client care assessments. Case Managers ensure that the nurses and HHAs stay up to date on state and program regulatory rules and policies.
